(May 5th, 2016 Oakland, CA) Ms. Maria met the key guest of honor Congresswoman Barbara Lee (Oakland), at the US Small Business Week celebrated at Hiram Hall in Oakland. Ms. Lee has a remarkable legacy in the US history for diplomacy and leadership. Lee acknowledged STRAP’s efforts in bringing a fresh perspective in international development to the Oakland community.
